1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using the Processor Risk-Hold Evidence Pack ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

This Product is provided by POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC, operating as Verofin ("Verofin," "we," "us").

2. Product Description

The Processor Risk-Hold Evidence Pack is a digital information product consisting of PDF templates, checklists, and organizational guides designed to assist users in assembling documentation for payment processor risk holds, large invoice holds, and reserves.

The Product is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file containing labeled PDF documents.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Strategic Advice

The Product provides templates and organizational tools only. It does NOT provide:

  • Legal advice or representation
  • Financial consulting or advisory services
  • Strategies to "beat" holds or guarantee specific outcomes
  • Chargeback dispute tactics or playbooks
  • Tax, accounting, or compliance advice

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any documentation they create using the Product. For legal or financial matters, consult a licensed professional.

4. No Outcome Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding hold outcomes. Payment processors make hold and reserve decisions based on their own policies and risk assessments. Using this Product does not guarantee that:

  • Your hold will be released
  • Your reserve will be reduced
  • Your processor will accept your documentation
  • You will achieve any specific result

5. Payment and Pricing

The Product is offered as a one-time purchase for $29 USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

6. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally via download link immediately after successful payment. You are responsible for downloading and saving your copy.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available ONLY for:

  • Non-delivery (you did not receive the download link)
  • Corrupted files (files are damaged and cannot be opened)

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Hold or claim outcomes
  • Processor decisions or rejections
  • Dissatisfaction with documentation effectiveness
  • Change of mind after download
  • Misunderstanding of product scope

To request a refund for non-delivery or corrupted files, contact support@verofin.co within 30 days of purchase with your order details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Product and all content, including templates, text, and formatting, are owned by POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business documentation purposes. You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Product
  • Claim authorship of the templates or content
  • Use the Product for commercial resale or consulting services

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEROFIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Product
  • Any hold, reserve, or account action by a payment processor
  • Any documentation you create using the Product
  • Any reliance on the Product or its content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT ($29 USD).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verofin and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Product or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
